Since 2014, five Star Academy programs in rural Mississippi have seen retention rates rise to 92%, while 84% of enrollees earned 2 grade level promotions in one year!
One of those programs (George County Schools – for more information, see video below) experienced tremendous growth in diplomas earned annually. In 2014, 67% of their students graduated high school. By 2020, that number had risen to 95%, earning George County the 4th highest graduation rate in the state.
